Condition: To be eligible, jewelry must be unworn and in its original Vida packaging.
Sets: If you purchased a jewelry set, the entire set must be returned together. We cannot accept individual pieces from a set for return or exchange.
Inspection: Items showing signs of intentional damage or excessive wear may be rejected at our discretion.

If your jewelry experiences a loss of stone or loss of luster due to a manufacturing defect within 60 days of delivery, we will provide a complimentary exchange.
Note: This guarantee covers manufacturing faults and does not cover accidental damage, loss, or improper care.
