1. Can I cancel or update my order?
You may cancel or update your order within 24 hours of placement. We will do our best to accommodate any changes if the order has not yet been processed for delivery. Please email shopvidajewel@gmail.com immediately to request a cancellation or information update.
Vida Jewel reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of payment and to modify or cancel orders due to system errors.
2. What are the delivery fees and timeline?
We offer complimentary delivery on all orders across the island. As an online boutique, we are pleased to provide free delivery directly to your door.

Timeline: Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days (Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM).

Cash on Delivery: We will send you a direct message after your order is placed to schedule a specific delivery window.

3. Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. Your formal invoice will be issued and sent to your inbox once your payment has been verified.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Vida Jewel is based in Aruba. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We focus exclusively on local delivery within the island. For visitors staying in Aruba, we are happy to deliver your order directly to your hotel or Airbnb.
5. Can I add a gift note or request gift wrapping?
While we do not currently offer customized gift notes, every Vida Jewel piece arrives in our signature reusable jewelry packaging. Because we do not include a physical receipt in the package, it is perfectly ready to be delivered directly to your recipient's address.
6. Can I join a waitlist for out-of-stock items?
We do not maintain a formal waitlist, as some styles may be discontinued. However, if you are interested in a specific out-of-stock piece, please email us at shopvidajewel@gmail.com. We track interest in our designs and will do our best to bring back styles that are in high demand.

2. Which payment methods do you accept?
We aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. While we are currently expanding our payment options, accept the following:

Bank Transfer: Our bank details will be included in your order confirmation email. Please initiate the transfer immediately after ordering; delivery will be scheduled once the funds have cleared.

Cash on Delivery (Aruba Only): After your order is placed, we will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time for the transaction.

For International Visitors: If you are visiting Aruba, we highly recommend choosing Cash on Delivery to avoid international bank transfer fees.

3. How are refunds processed?
We offer two flexible refund options: a return to your original payment method or a Vida Jewel gift card. Once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow 7–14 business days for our team to process the request. You will receive a confirmation email the moment your refund has been issued.

2. What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
We want you to love your Vida Jewel pieces. Our policy is as follows:

Standard Returns: We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging.

Quality Guarantee: We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your jewelry experiences a loss of stone or luster due to a manufacturing defect, we are happy to provide an exchange within 60 days of delivery.

Conditions: Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Items returned with intentional damage or wear may be rejected at our discretion.
3. When will I receive my refund?
We prioritize a swift and seamless return process. Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your refund immediately. You will receive a notification email as soon as the transaction is complete. Please allow 7–14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
4. Are jewelry sets eligible for returns?
Yes, jewelry sets are eligible for return. However, to qualify for a refund or exchange, the entire set must be returned together; we cannot accept individual pieces from a set.
1. How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces radiant, we recommend gently wiping them with a soft cloth at least once a week or every few days. To help you with this, every Vida Jewel order includes a complimentary jewelry cloth. While our metals are durable for daily life, avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture, perfumes, and chemicals will preserve the gold plating for a longtime. Occasional wear in the shower or while sleeping is perfectly fine, but for maximum longevity, we suggest removing your jewelry before bed or shower time. When not in use, store your jewelry in a jewelry organizer.

2. Will the jewelry tarnish?
We prioritize quality and longevity. Our pieces are crafted from Titanium, Stainless Steel and Sterling Silver finished with 14k, 18k Gold or Platinum plating. Unlike base metals like brass or copper, our materials are highly resistant to tarnishing. By avoiding harsh chemicals—such as perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions—you can ensure your jewelry maintains its signature 'Vida' luster indefinitely.

3. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes, absolutely. All of our pieces are hypoallergenic, lead-free, and nickel-free. We use skin-safe metals like Titanium and Stainless Steel specifically so you can wear our jewelry with confidence and comfort, even if you have sensitive skin.
4. How do I find my correct size?
Finding your perfect fit is essential for comfort and style. Follow these simple steps for our different collections:
Rings
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of the finger you want to measure.
- Mark where the ends meet.
- Measure the length in millimeters (mm) with a ruler. This is your circumference.
- Use the ring chart to find your size.
Vida Tip: If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up to the larger size for the most comfortable fit.

Necklaces
Our necklaces come in various lengths, typically ranging from 14" to 24" (inch).
- Collars: 14" / 35.6cm, fits snugly around the middle of the neck.

Chokers: 16" / 40.6cm, sits gracefully at the very base of the neck.

Princess: 18" / 45.7cm, hangs just below the collarbone.

1. What are the details of your product warranty?
At Vida Jewel, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece. We offer a 60-day Quality Warranty from the date of delivery.

What is covered: This warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as a loss of a stone or unexpected loss of luster.

What is not covered: The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental breakage, or damage caused by improper care (such as exposure to harsh chemicals or lack of proper storage).

Our Solution: If your piece is found to be defective within this window, we will gladly provide a replacement of the same style. In the event that the original style is out of stock, you are welcome to choose a replacement piece of equal value.
