We specialize in curated gold essentials, including 14k/18k gold plating, Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel and Titanium Steel.

Product Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and textures of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be $100%$ accurate.
Pricing & Availability: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice.

BILLING AND ACCOUNT ACCURACY

To ensure you receive your Vida Jewel pieces without delay, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

JEWELRY CARE & PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER

Our jewelry is crafted using specialized plating and metalwork techniques.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the guidelines provided in our Jewelry Care Guide.
Natural Wear: Vida Jewel is not responsible for damage resulting from improper storage, exposure to chemicals (perfumes, chlorine, etc.), or natural wear and tear. Plating may naturally fade over time depending on skin acidity, and frequency of use; this is considered normal wear and not a manufacturing defect.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Timeline: Return or exchange requests must be initiated via shopvidajewel@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
Quality Guarantee: Manufacturing defects (such as stone loss) are covered under our 60-Day Quality Guarantee.
Sets: Jewelry sets are considered a single unit and must be returned in full.
